🌶️ Violet Sparkle – A colorful, sweet pepper with a surprising color development!

The Violet Sparkle (Capsicum annuum) is a special, sweet pepper variety that immediately stands out thanks to its beautiful colors and distinctive fruit shape. This pepper combines a decorative appearance with a pleasantly sweet flavor, making it a real asset for any garden.

What makes the Violet Sparkle so special is the spectacular color development of the fruits. During growth, beautiful purple to violet hues appear, which can even appear almost chocolate brown depending on the light exposure and the ripening stage.

In our own cultivation, the fruits developed a striking deep purple-pink to chocolate-brown color, after which they turned a beautiful red color upon full maturity.

The fruits are broad at the top and gradually taper into a point. They have firm, juicy flesh and are particularly attractive both during the colorful intermediate stages and when fully ripe.

Despite her striking appearance, the Violet Sparkle is a Sweet paprika without significant spiciness. Ideal for lovers of special peppers who are especially looking for flavor and color.

The plants are also decorative and can be grown both in the garden and in a large pot on the terrace or in the greenhouse.
