The Pimientos de Padrón are small, green chili peppers with a mild flavor - at least most of the time! Because as the saying goes: "Unos pican y otros no" - "Some are hot, some are not." Traditionally grown in Galicia, these peppers are a classic in Spanish tapas cuisine and are most often sautéed briefly in olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt.
