The Beaver Dam is a unique heirloom chile pepper with a wonderful story. This variety was brought to Wisconsin, USA, in the early 20th century by Hungarian immigrants, and has since become a fixture in local cuisine as well as in kitchen gardens worldwide. The fruits are large, fleshy and have a pleasant, mild to medium spiciness. Perfect for stuffing, baking or using raw.
