🌶️ Fried Chicken (JPGS × BBG) - Seeds

The Fried Chicken is a spectacular superhot cross that originated from a JPGS (Jays Peach Ghost Scorpion) and a BBG (Bubblegum). This combination creates a pepper that is at once extremely hot AND visually impressive: medium-sized, heavily crinkled pods that resemble a crispy piece of fried chicken. As they ripen, they color from green to a intense orange, which makes them a real eye-catcher in the garden as well as in the kitchen.

🫑 Characteristics:

• Fruit: approx. 5-7 cm, very crinkled, "crispy" appearance

• Maturation: green → bright orange

• Taste: tropical-fruity, with floral notes and a lingering heat

• Pithiness: approx. 1,000,000-1,500,000 SHU (superhot)

• Ideal for extremely hot sauces, powders and fermentations

🌱 Cultivation information:

• Pre-seeding: January-March at 26-30 °C (slow germinators, heat needed)

• Transplant: after the icing season in a sunny, warm location

• Plant height: approx. 80-120 cm, sturdy and productive

• Harvest: 110-140 days after planting out, full orange for maximum flavor and heat
