🌶️ Dundicut - The little powerhouse from Pakistan

The Dundicut is a traditional chili pepper from Pakistan, known for its compact fruit and distinct flavor. The round, slightly flattened peppers ripen from green to deep red and are small in size (about 1.5-2.5 cm), but they contain surprisingly powerful heat.

With a sharpness of 30,000-65,000 SHU Dundicut belongs to the medium-hot peppers. They have been loved for centuries in Pakistani and Indian cuisine, where they are widely used in curries, chutneys and pickled preparations.
