The sizable fruits have a nice, firm shape and ripen to a <strong>dark red, almost black-red color<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The plants grow vigorously and can approximately <strong>90 cm high<\/strong> grown. During the season, they produce large, fleshy fruits with firm and crunchy flesh. The peppers have a delicious <strong>full, sweet and aromatic character<\/strong>, making them very similar to a tasty bell pepper, but with that typical extra aroma of a good Mexican chili.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">What makes the Notturno Grande Mulato special is its very low pungency. Most fruits are <strong>completely mild or only very slightly spicy<\/strong>. However, an occasional spicier one might be mixed in. This makes it an excellent variety for those mainly looking for <strong>flavor and aroma instead of extreme heat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The dark ripe fruits are furthermore particularly suitable for <strong>to dry and process into chili powder<\/strong>.
