🌶️ Lemon Licorice (Aji Lemon) - Fresh, fruity and spicy

The Lemon Drop, also known as Aji Lemon, is a popular Capsicum baccatum variety from Peru. This chili is loved for its fresh, citrusy flavor that combines perfectly with its pleasant, spicy heat. A true classic in Peruvian cuisine!

The fruits are narrow, 5-7 cm long, and ripen from green to bright lemon yellow. The plants are very productive and grow vigorously, often over 1 meter tall, making them ideal for both the vegetable garden and for growing in pots.

📅 Cultivation information:
